What is Our Cleaning Process?
The following are some of the key steps in our rug cleaning process. It is important to note, however, that every job is unique and we will develop a specific process based on the situation. For example, when cleaning an antique oriental rug we will take a slightly different approach than if we were cleaning a modern wool rug. In general, however, the following steps will take place in all our cleaning jobs.
Analyze the Carpet or Rug
The first thing we will do is gather information about the rug or carpet that needs to be cleaned. This is where we will check what material it is made of, the colors, if stains are present, and much more.
Remove Spots
The next thing we will do is remove any stains that are present on the floor coverings. Stains should be removed first so that when we perform the rest of the cleaning it will all be even and look great.
Deep Cleaning
We will now go through and clean the full carpet or rug. We use industrial strength cleaners with environmentally friendly cleaning products to get deep into the rugs or carpets.
Inspection
All of our jobs will always conclude with an inspection of the work. Our cleaners will look closely at the rugs or carpets to make sure they look just the way they should and that nothing was missed.
